"Samarth Dehydration" is one of the Prominent producers and suppliers of Dehydrated Onion, Toasted Onion, Fried Onion and Dehydrated Garlic. Newly established in 2021, our production unit is situated in Mahuva, Bhavnagar (Gujarat), the western part of India, known for the availability of best quality of onions, friendly environment and perfectly suitable conditions for onion processing.
Quality Standards and Capacity
"Samarth Dehydration" is a BRCGC certified, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) certified production facility with a production capacity of 5000 M.T. per annum for dehydrated onion and 5500 M.T. per annum for dehydrated garlic. Also our company is a member of APEDA and SPICES BOARD OF INDIA.

Food Safety Norms Compliance
We assure compliance to European union, USA, Australia, Brazil, United Kingdom, Russia and Japanese Food safety norms in terms of limits of pesticide residues and country’s requirement for Microbiological values. We perform batch wise testing of onion and garlic products for majority of the parameters like Microbiology , ethylene oxide, chemical/ physical testing, Nutritional Values and pesticide residues.
